Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 businesses days. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times and shipment delays may occur. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing, I will contact you via e-mail provided.

I am not responsible for how fast/slow or the condition USPS delivers your packages.

Www.UncappedCreations.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as well as all foreign/international areas.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you ordered an item that does not require a tracing number (a single use of USPS stamp), no tracking number will be provided.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Www.UncappedCreations.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages​
Www.UncappedCreations.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Foreign and International Shipping Policy
Www.UncappedCreations.com does ship foreign and international (outside of U.S and U.S territories). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout from the most recent USPS rates. Please allow up to 14+ days to receive goods.

Return Policy
Www.UncappedCreations.com allows returns if product was damaged, photographic proof is sent, and item is sent back in condition received. A free return label will be provided. Upon receiving goods, a replacement will be made.
