RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Some items are eligible for refunds, returns, and/or exchanges. Please read the following to help determine whether you are eligible! Feel free to reach out as well!

Returns

If your item qualifies for a refund or exchange, please reach out! I will send you a free return label for you to attach to the package. Return or exchange can only be granted if item arrives to Sarah in the same condition you received it in. Please package carefully!

CUSTOM ELIGIBILITY CLAUSE: If your Custom Design, Custom Quote Topper or Custom Bow has personalized text(s) that another grad can use, it IS ELIGIBLE for a return or exchange. However, if it has personalized text(s) that makes it difficult to resell, it is NOT ELIGIBLE.

Refunds

Not eligible for refunds: Sale Toppers and Digital Downloads; Apparel and Stationary with time sensitivity

The following eligibility pertains to: Custom Quote Toppers, Premade Toppers, Blank Toppers and Stickers:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days from moment of purchase . Item must be unused, deemed fit to resell, and sent back in the condition it arrived in. (If it is damaged in transit, I cannot refund it as it will be deemed as unable to resell; please package carefully! I recommend sending it back in the OG package with all contents inside.) Once received and inspected for resale, a refund will be granted and you should receive your money within 5-7 business days. (Please see "Return" on how to get started.)
  • Please see "Custom Eligibility Clause" under the Return Section.

The following eligibility pertains to Custom Designs:

  • Completely custom orders (where you filled out your application) will be refunded at a one-third since I worked hard to make it how you wanted it. I dedicated time and effort to make your design completely custom. If you are not happy with your order, you will be given a free return label for you to ship your design back to me and then you will be granted the one-third price refund in the payment method of what I offer and what you chose during the application process: VenMo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, ApplePay, and Card. You will be refunded front the final payment number, this does not include the $25 non-refundable deposit or shipping.

The following eligibility pertains to Apparel and Stationary:

  • They are time sensitive items as they are fulfilled by my manufacturing partner. You have 24 hours to request a refund before it begins production.
  • After those 24 hours and it begins production, my manufacturer will not allow a refund as the processing and fulfillment has started.

The following pertains to if your package was damaged in Shipping:

  • If the carrier did not follow through on their business, meaning the lost or damaged your package, I would need documentation from the carrier (i.e. and email) stating they lost or damaged your item. From there I can either grant a refund or resend the item the same way. It will be up to you if you wish to choose a different carrier and/or upgrade shipping; just let me know
Exchanges

Not eligible for exchanges: Custom Design and Sale Items; and Apparel and Stationary with time sensitivity.

The following eligibility pertains to: Premade Toppers, Blank Toppers, and Stickers:

  • Item of exchange can be exchanged for anything else, but please note the price difference. You may need to cover more or be refunded depending on the item and if it was discounted.
  • Item must be returned within 30 days from moment of purchase . Item must be unused, deemed fit to resell, and sent back in the condition it arrived in. (If it is damaged in transit, I cannot refund it as it will be deemed as unable to resell; please package carefully! I recommend sending it back in the OG package with all contents inside.) Once received and inspected for resale, the exchanged item will be sent out with tracking.
  • Please see "Custom Eligibility Clause" under the Return Section.

The following eligibility pertains to Apparel and Stationary:

  • They are time sensitive items as they are fulfilled by my manufacturing partner. You have 24 hours to request a change before it begins production. (i.e. A different product, size, color).
  • After those 24 hours and it begins production, my manufacturer will not allow a refund as the processing and fulfillment has started.
