Shipping Policy
I use the United States Postal Service (USPS, the blue and white) as my preferred shipping company for a lower price for my customers to pay. Other shipping companies can be used upon request; UPS (brown and yellow) and FedEx (orange and blue).
My sole responsibility is to create the product and drop it off at the carrier, anything after that is the responsibility of the carrier. I am not responsible for how fast or slow the carrier ships your package. (Please order with plenty of time and shipping delays in time.) International shipping takes about 1 month, so please plan accordingly. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are caused IN TRANSIT by THE CARRIER. Additionally, I see the same exact tracking number as you; I use the same link to track your package. Whatever you see, is what I also see.
Online orders are processed and dropped off at the carrier within 10-14 business days after moment of purchase (does not include weekends). My processing time is 5-7 business days after moment of purchase (again not including weekends) and is defined as: receiving your order, designing it, making changes, actually making it, prepping and packaging for shipment. Shipping is another 5-7 business days(again not including weekends) and is defined as: dropping it off at the carrier, them receiving it, and beginning their shipping process. Within 14 business days your package will be marked as shipped. Most times it is less than that. Please wait 24-48 hours for an update on your tracking link. Package will get to you estimated 14 business days, but of curse I am not the carrier and I am going based of past timelines.
Custom orders get shipped out at the end of the scheduled week or the following week. If I am behind, I keep an eye on due dates and will pay for upgraded shipping at no cost to you just to ensure you get your design on time.
Once your order has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier, your order is complete and you get to use your order! If postage has NOT been marked as "delivered" through the tracking system, please contact the appropriate carrier. I, Sarah of Uncapped Creations, do not manage anything in transit packages therefore I cannot do anything about it. The carrier is the one responsible as THEY are CARRYING your order.
Pick Ups
Pick Up Location: Whittier Quad
I offer pickups on all my orders, whether it's a custom design or a single sticker. Please select "PickUp" at check out on my website or during the application process. You will receive an email with the pickup info and details on how to pick up. You will not be coming to my apartment for my own safety, privacy and protection of my family and friends. So unfortunately, you will not get to meet me. (But join my TikTok lives if you want to say Hi!)
The Pick Up email will include the location, times to pick up, and information needed to pick up. If you want to see how far the location is from you, feel free to type in "Whittier Quad" in Maps or Google.
Pick Up Turnaround time will be under 14 business days, not including weekends.
If you select pickup and do not pick up your order at the end of the school year, during summer I will collect all orders and reach out one final time before issuing a refund on your order. If you wish to buy it again, you are more than welcome to.
