Custom Design: This is for a design that is completely customized. You will need to fill out my grad cap application. Please note, just because you apply it does not mean you actually ordered / get accepted. (Please see "Custom Design and Application.")

Online Orders: This is for my blank toppers, Premade Toppers, and Custom Quote Toppers. Find the design you want, customize it if it's customizable, add to cart and continue to the checkout process.

Digital Downloads: Find the download you want, add to cart, and continue the checkout process. Since it's a download, it will be available shortly after.

Apparel: Select the item you want, choose the size and color, add to cart and continue the checkout process.

If you are looking for a completely custom design, meaning it is exactly what you want, you will need to apply in the previous August. (For example, if you graduate in Fall 2024, Winter 2024, Spring 2025, or Summer 2025, you want to apply August 2024.)

All other items, I recommend 2 weeks before you need it.

Yes! ...And No. Read the following:

Custom Orders: The custom order requires you to fill out the grad cap application, so this is 100% customizable.

Online: My Custom Quote Toppers are semi-customizable, so you can pick your own quote and choose your font. Some have a variety of style and color options. HOWEVER, my Premade Toppers and Blank Toppers are not customizable.

Other items: This includes any stationary, digital downloads, and apparel. These are not customizable.

Custom Order: If you fill out the application and you want to add, for example, a bow or butterflies, just mention that in the description portion of the application. If you want, for example, a sticker, stationary item, or apparel, please let me know so I can give you the correct information on how to add that to your order!

Online Items: Add item to your cart BUT DO NOT CHECKOUT YET, go to the according page to the other item(s) you want and add that to cart.

After Already Purchasing: Please let me know so I can give you the correct information on your situation as some transactions cannot be changed mannualy.

Yes! ...and No. Please read the following:

Custom Designs: Yes! You can change your mind on your design plenty of times! (With some exceptions, more details in the Grad Cap Packet.)

Online Designs: Yes! You can change your design while it's still in processing. Just let me know what you want so I can adjust the price.

Digital Downloads: No. Once you purchase, you already get access to the download, thus not being able to 'take it back the access' to exchange access for another

Stationary and Apparel: Yes, but you have 24 hours to make any changes. I do not stock inventory on these two as they are made, packaged, and shipped by my partner manufacturing center. I will not be able to make changes after it hits the production stages (after 24 hours).

If you ordered a custom design where you filled out the grad cap, just respond to our email thread and we can stop the process. Any online orders can be cancelled before it hits the shipment stage of production, just reach out and let me know your order number!

You cannot cancel after you have received your tracking number as that means it has already been sent out.

I have a standard 10-14 business day turnaround time for all my orders. It takes 5-7 business days in processing, and I estimate another 5-7 business days in shipping. Please plan accordingly.

To get a design exactly how you imagine it, you will need to fill out the graduation cap application. Please note, not every application is approved/accepted.

To secure your spot, you will need to do 3 things:

1. Fill out the grad cap application
2. If accepted, send over your $25 non-refundable deposit
3. Email me back letting me know you have sent your deposit

Every August. I cannot say exactly what day as it varies each year. I am human and have family and friends, so I also plan around my life when that time comes. Of course, I will always make an announcement on my website as well as on social media. Stay tuned!

A deposit for your custom grad cap covers your spot and the sketch. This is a non-refundable $25 via the payment methods (See "Price and Payments"). This deposit is subtracted from your final total as it is part of your overall price for your custom design.

I have a $25 non-refundable deposit.

This is non-refundable as you will be securing a spot with me at time of filling out the grad cap application, thus taking a spot away from someone else at that time.

You CAN send more than $25 to make your final payment smaller. You can also make payments throughout to make the final payment smaller.

If for some reason you send more, but cancel later on, only $25 will be kept as you took a spot away from other grad at the time of filling out the application. The rest will be refunded via your selected payment method (See "Pricing and Payments").

I only send sketches to graduates who have filled out the application, paid the deposit, and emailed me back letting me know they sent the deposit = Securing their spot. They will get sketches 1 week before their scheduled week to make any edits.

I have a Booked Fee that ensures you get the design you want, in the style you want, for the date you need it by. This fee is added to your already design price. This is NOT the total of your design. The Booked Fee price begins at $150 and will increase as time goes on and gets closer to the main grad season (April-June).

Booked Fee + Total Design Price + Shipping (if you choose to ship) = Your Final Total

If you want it painted on your grad cap, yes. But if you can't send me yours, you have options:

• You can send me yours (I will send you a free shipping label)
• You buy from Amazon and send it to me (I will give you my Mailbox so Amazon can send it to me)
• An added $15 to your order and use one of the ones that I have
• A cardstock topper

Yes! A fee will be added if the week you want to move to is full. If the week is not full, no fee will be added.

All of my custom designs receive previews. I will not start anything until the preview is approved. Once approved, I then make it how you saw in the preview.

A topper is a cardstock square that I cut out for you. It is the size of a standard graduation cap that covers the entire mortar board. Double sided adhesive is in the back for you to peel and place onto your graduation caps

A solid color topper is a topper that is blank, plain, and just a solid color. A glitter topper is a topper that is blank but is colored glitter so it will sparkle and shine.

A blank topper includes a solid color cardstock topper and a glitter cardstock topper. Both are blank and non-customizable. You will receive this cut to the size of yor grad cap, with the hole cut out, and adhesive in the back.

This topper design is only available on my website and Etsy. The design and quote are already set. This is not customizable.

My website designs are under $50 with the exception of a few listed. My average for a Custom Design is $75-$175, with many being more and less.

My flat toppers of any design type is shipping in a cardboard flatmailer, with cardboard inside to protect it from being bent. The topper is wrapped in a plastic sleeve to protect it from rain.
