By using my website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, shipping and pickup policy, return and refunds policy, and private policy. All listings have their own individual details as well. Read the main highlights below for other details!
I own copyrights to all of my original work. Any copy, recreating, replica, minor edits, etc. to my original artwork and designs will result in further legal action. This goes for other artists on Instagram, TikTok, Etsy, and other social media and selling platforms that profit consistently off of grad cap designs.
All communication will be done through emails. I do not conduct orders through DMs, texts, comment sections, etc. but I'd be happy to discuss any questions, comments, or concerns! Feel free to join my TikTok lives so you can get a real-time update.
I am not responsible for injury of my products upon receiving it. That is user handling. All toppers have instructions on the listing as well as in the package on how to apply it. Please read it carefully.
Pickup is available! It will be in a pickup location in the city of Whittier, CA. Pick up can be a fully custom design or a single sticker. See "Shipping Policy" and the Puck Up Section for more details on pickup location, turnaround time, etc.
Custom Designs
All custom designs must be submitted through an application process. No DM's will be accepted as an official order, but any questions wanted to be answered can be discussed. Not all applications will be accepted, and will be clearly stated whether I will move forward with your design or not. Alternative options will be given if you are not accepted.
A $25 non-refundable deposit along with you emailing me that you have sent it in will be needed to reserve your spot with me to create your custom design. This is non-refundable and will be subtracted from your final payment as it is part of the entire price. You are reserving your spot when demand is high thus taking a spot away from another potential graduate, please be serious about your inquiry. The deposit is non-refundable to the point where I create your preview.
DO NOT send your deposit without filling the application assuming you will get a spot. DO NOT send your deposit if you have not received the deposit email assuming you will get a spot. Not every application will be accepted.
If you miss any emails during the process and I do not end up creating your design, you will not be refunded the deposit because I already created your preview. I will not be reaching out to you to remind you to pay your deposit, approve your design, or pay your final payment.
I go on a first come first pay basis. Please do not pay if I have not given you the information. No spot will be held until you make the deposit AND send an email. I will NOT be waiting for payment from you to secure your spot; first come first pay basis. If you want your design done, you will be held responsible for your timely response.
Custom orders have the option to use: Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, ApplePay, Card, and all other methods Shopify offers listed at the bottom of this website.
You will be e-mailed in advance when it's your time to make any changes or updates based off your application as well as a preview based off information given. This reminder email will be given 1 week before the week you are scheduled. Failure to respond to the initial email (check-in for changes) and secondary e-mail (preview email) will result in skipping your order. I will not be waiting for you to respond nor will I be hunting you down. If you want to work with me, please respond to your email.
You will receive a preview of your design one week before your scheduled week. I will send the preview email based off your application and/or any changes given. Please respond stating you approve when you actually approve. Do not approve and then make changes later. Failure to respond the the preview email will result in skipping your order. I will not be waiting. Period.
LIMITED PREVIEW CHANGES: 7 free edits --- This is to ensure you get your design in a timely manner. The more edits requested, the longer until you get your design thus risking for a late fee. Please be concise in your edits. Feel free to request multiple edits in one email so I can get all done and show you the various ways your design can be done. After the 7th edit, on the 8th edit, an additional $10 will be added for each edit.
Final finished design will not be sent out until payment has been made in full. Payment can be made in smaller payments as well to make it more manageable throughout or even after. Just communicate with me letting me know so I can hang onto it for you. You can use other payment methods as well. I also want to make sure you get it on time, so I want to work together to make this happen even if you need more time.
If your design is completed but not paid for (for whatever reason), it will be available for the public to purchase at the end of the school year during the summer and available for the following year. If you do not respond after that time and someone purchases it and you end up wanting to purchase it, you will need to go through the entire process again. You had the estimate at the beginning, and I don't mind if you pay late, all I ask is for communication.
RESCHEDULING FEE: $30 --- If you already have a reserved spot with me but need to change it for whatever reason, the option of an added $30 rescheduling fee will be added to your order ONLY IF I am booked for that week. If there is room, no fee will be added.
LATE FEE: $50 --- If you have gone through the entire process (i.e. the application, the deposit, the preview, and my final email with your final payment invoice) and there is no response back stating you have sent the final payment for me to check AND THEN reply at a much later date stating you are still interested, YOU ARE NOW ASKING ME TO CREATE A DESIGN OUTSIDE OF YOUR SCHEDULED WEEK. You has a scheduled week for a reason. I have other graduates whose designs are scheduled for other weeks which means I will be adding you to my already booked weeks. An additional fee of $50 will be added to your order for me to work on your design outside of your scheduled week. I give an estimate at the beginning for a reason.
UNSATISFIED WITH DESIGN: If you receive your design and you are unsatisfied, you do have options! (1) You can send it back and I can fix it. You will get it back. (2) You can get a refund of 1/3 of your final payment. You will need to send your design back to receive that refund.
Online Orders
Online orders are processed through card and other methods listed at the bottom of this website.
Premade designs are not customizable as they are already printed out and ready to ship. Please select the "Custom Quote Version," if available, if you want to customize it.
Custom Quote Toppers are customizable to a certain extent. You can choose your color, style, and font for some designs as well as other customizable aspects (if available for that design). These are just the quote and whatever Add-Ons are available online. No custom illustrations can be done for these. Please fill out grad cap application if you want a completely custom design.
Custom Quote Toppers have 24 hours to approve their design. If e-mail is ignored (assuming you do not want any changes) it is deemed approved and will be sent to print. If you approve, I will respond letting you know that I will be printing it. If you make any changes, I will respond with those changes (which means if you make changes and I don't respond it may have something to do with email, so please reach out!). If any changes are made AFTER the 24 hour period and it has been printed, a $5 reprinting fee will be placed.
LIMITED PREVIEW CHANGES: 3 free edits -- After your 3 free edits to your preview, an additional $3 will be charged before your 4th edit. If you want to see your design in multiple ways, please let me know ahead of time.
